jilles, how does hyperion do snomasks? it doesn't that and umodes-as-privs makes hyperion's umode system really enormous or are you actually asking about charybdis err yeah sorry, brainfreeze MODE +s (enables a default set, namely +s) patch committed MODE +s MODE -s (clear all) that's what the client can send +s -foo+bar? yeah snomask changes can be combined with other umodes i think we need to standardise on this system then afaik unreal's works the same way when sending it out to the client, charybdis will never use this syntax ours does too, except we currently use +n er. you don't send +s back? it sends +s without parameters, if it changed; then RPL_SNOMASK with the new snomask hmm. a little trippy RPL_SNOMASK is also send after RPL_UMODEIS if you MODE though that actually makes more sense in that perspective, yeah ircu works similarly, except that snomasks are decimal numbers there
